Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work with some of the most delightful Primary Schools in Portsmouth on an on going basis both day to day supply and long term assignments with the opportunity to go permanent.

The schools are looking for a Primary Teacher to work full-time on a long-term basis from the start of September.

The schools are look for a Primary Teacher and Teaching Staff that are compassionate, empathetic and understanding. They look for the right type of character and not always the most relevant experience on paper.

Each school is in a great locations with outstanding facilities. Have a truly supportive group with a great outlook and culture and the support for students is fantastic.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school policies.

Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students\’ individual needs.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.

Support the school\’s ethos and values, promoting respect, kindness, and responsibility within the classroom and wider school community.

Take part in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A passion for teaching and supporting young children in their educational journey.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Experience in primary education (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment.

A commitment to personal and professional development.
