We at Interaction Recruitment are working with our client in North Cambridgeshire, who are looking for experienced Panel Beater / Body Repair Technicians to join a busy commercial vehicle Bodyshop. You will be responsible for repairing and restoring a wide range of commercial vehicles, including HGVs, trailers, and light commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out both structural and cosmetic repairs on commercial vehicles and trailers
- Repair or replace damaged panels using appropriate methods and techniques
- Perform panel beating, welding, filling, and sanding to a high standard
- Align panels and components in line with manufacturer specifications
- Work confidently with a range of materials, including steel, aluminium, and composites
- Strip and refit vehicle components as required during the repair process
- Ensure all work meets strict safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Collaborate with workshop controllers, estimators, and fellow technicians
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Body Repair Technician (commercial vehicle experience desirable)
