Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Stamford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional looking to take the next step into a supervisory role with a well-established company.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 12:30pm – 8:30pm
Salary: Circa £29,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting the cleaning team to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Organising daily workloads and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining health & safety standards.
- Providing hands-on support and covering cleaning duties when required.
- Stepping in to cover staff absences at short notice when necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous supervisory experience within a cleaning environment.
- A strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards and procedures.
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Willingness to pitch in and cover operational duties as needed.
