Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Mobile Hydraulic Field Service Technician to their Northampton team. \Full training will be provided for the right candidate, and the role offers strong earning potential through bonus opportunities and on-call payments. The Package \n \n £32,000 - £35,000 basic salary \n Bonus scheme with OTE of £45,000 \n Company van provided \n Full product and industry training \n Ongoing career development \n Permanent, stable employment \n Overtime and additional earnings opportunities \n Uniform and PPE provided \n The Duties \n \n Provide a professional on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repair service to customers. \n Be part of a 24-hour on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays. \n Promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers. \n Manage stock levels within the Mobile Sales and Service Unit (MSSU). \n Carry out routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. \n Ensure the service vehicle is kept clean, organised and fully stocked. \n Support workshop and service centre staff when required. \n Attend company training courses and development programmes. \n The Requirements \n \n Previous experience within a mechanical, plant, engineering, hydraulic, agricultural, HGV, automotive or similar environment. \n Basic mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability. \n Strong communication and customer service skills. \n Good manual dexterity and practical problem-solving skills. \n Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota. \n Full UK Driving Licence (Essential). \n Hydraulic hose experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided. \This role would suit candidates from plant, agricultural, HGV, automotive, service engineering, maintenance engineering, military engineering or mechanical fitting backgrounds who are looking for a varied field-based role with excellent training and earning potential. \n Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, Finance & IT and Hospitality.
