Location: based at Interaction Recruitment in Northampton, we are looking to grow our Catering and Hospitality Division and are on the look out for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant.
Basic salary: c.£26.5k to £32k NEG DOE + commission with a realistic OTE of £50k + benefits and perks.
Rota: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch breaks each day (on call is currently shared between 2 Catering and Hospitality Consultants).
Applicant:
- Must drive, have a reliable vehicle and be a confident driver (mandatory).
- Will have Recruitment, Sales and/or hands on Catering experience (mandatory).
- Shall be friendly, bubbly, confident, punctual, reliable, flexible, professional and trustworthy (mandatory).
- Will be proficient in all MS applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory).
- Should have or be able to ascertain business car insurance (ideal).
- Might hold an enhanced DBS, Food Hygiene or Food Safety certification (ideal).
- Could have worked in BOH and/or FOH operations (ideal).
- May be a proven Perms Consultant with evidence of achievements (ideal).
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent Catering & Hospitality vacancies.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for a range of hospitality positions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.
- Advertising vacancies across appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
- Conducting candidate registrations, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinating candidate interviews and managing the offer and onboarding process.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting clients.
