Interaction is recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator that holds a FLT Counterbalance licence - even better if you have Clamp attachment experience. Working in Northampton, NN3 for a paper and packaging company. Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that you will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi-skilled and flexible team.
Duties:
- Operating machines within production.
- General manual handling.
- Basic computer tasks.
- Understanding as well as appreciation of both Health & Safety and Quality.
The ideal candidate:
- Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines.
- A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own.
- Self-motivated.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
