We are looking for Chef de Partie to join a team in the Brackley area. As a CDP, you will support the head chef and the rest of the team in preparing school meals to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will be helping to cater for 350 pupils (breakfast/lunch/dinner).
Salary: £32,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Hours: AM shifts 07:00-15:00 and PM shifts 11:00-19:00, predominantly Monday to Friday
- Cooking from fresh produce
- Support the rest of the team to ensure smooth & speedy service
- Able to use your own initiative and work on your own
- Participate in menu tastings and special events
- Have a passion for cooking and presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CDP or commis chef
- NVQ level 1 or NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality & Food Hygiene Level 2
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Have the right attitude to learn & further progress your skills
- Understand food safety standards and best practices
