Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting a Head Chef to lead a small team at a four star hotel in Buckingham. The Head Chef will work a 45hr contract on a permanent basis and will be required to work 5:7 days per week with flexible hours until dinner service finishes at 21:30.
Covers:
- c.35 for breakfast
- c.20-30 for lunch
- c.25 for evening dinner / room service
Menus:
- full breakfast buffet
- gastro pub and afternoon tea for lunch
- sunday roast
- evening menu
For Chefs who do not drive, accommodation is available at a rate of Β£160 per month. There is free onsite parking for Chefs who do drive and have their own vehicle.
In short, we are looking for a Head Chef who\βs seen it all. Perhaps an agency Chef who\βs worked for a number of hotels, restaurants and pubs? Perhaps a pub Chef who wants a little more variety in their day? Or it could be a very experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef who\βs looking for the next challenge?
You:
- Are an experienced Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Have a cool, calm demeanor
- Are professional, punctual, reliable and a team-player
- Can lead a small team to success
- Will work well with the General Manager (who also helps out in the kitchen when needed!)
- Shall work with a variety of menus to include banqueting, wedding catering, afternoon teas, sunday roasts and gastro pub style foods
- Should have a solid career history evidential in the form of a CV and references
- Must have fresh produce experience
