Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting a Head Chef to lead a small team at a four star hotel in Buckingham. The Head Chef will work a 45hr contract on a permanent basis and will be required to work 5:7 days per week with flexible hours until dinner service finishes at 21:30.

Covers:

  • c.35 for breakfast
  • c.20-30 for lunch
  • c.25 for evening dinner / room service

Menus:

  • full breakfast buffet
  • gastro pub and afternoon tea for lunch
  • sunday roast
  • evening menu

For Chefs who do not drive, accommodation is available at a rate of Β£160 per month. There is free onsite parking for Chefs who do drive and have their own vehicle.

In short, we are looking for a Head Chef who\’s seen it all. Perhaps an agency Chef who\’s worked for a number of hotels, restaurants and pubs? Perhaps a pub Chef who wants a little more variety in their day? Or it could be a very experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef who\’s looking for the next challenge?

You:

  • Are an experienced Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Have a cool, calm demeanor
  • Are professional, punctual, reliable and a team-player
  • Can lead a small team to success
  • Will work well with the General Manager (who also helps out in the kitchen when needed!)
  • Shall work with a variety of menus to include banqueting, wedding catering, afternoon teas, sunday roasts and gastro pub style foods
  • Should have a solid career history evidential in the form of a CV and references
  • Must have fresh produce experience
