The Duties:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Agricultural & Groundcare machinery.
- Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep accurate records of all jobs and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.
- Support the Branch Service Manager in delivering operational excellence.
The Requirements:
- Experience working with groundcare, agricultural or related machinery.
- Great problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnostics.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.

- Full UK driving licence required.
