Job Role: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Company Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading precision engineering manufacturer to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their growing team. Supplying complex, high-precision components into demanding sectors including motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace, medical, scientific and advanced engineering, our client continues to invest in state-of-the-art machinery, software and manufacturing technologies. Produce high-quality components in line with engineering drawings, CAD models and customer specifications. Utilise Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, ensuring efficient machine performance and maximum productivity. Carry out offline programming using Hypermill software and make programme modifications where required. Manufacture components from a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aerospace alloys and other exotic materials. Perform first-off, in-process and final inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards and tight tolerances. Operate multiple machines where required to maximise production efficiency. Complete all associated production documentation and maintain accurate records. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the machining department. Adhere to all company quality, health & safety and manufacturing procedures. The Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator within a precision engineering environment (essential) Strong experience programming and setting multi-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls (essential) Experience of offline programming using Hypermill software (essential) Proven ability to manufacture complex precision-machined components to tight tolerances (essential) Experience machining aerospace alloys, titanium, Inconel, stainless steel and other exotic materials (highly advantageous) Experience working within motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace or other high-performance engineering environments (advantageous) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications (essential) Experience carrying out manual inspection and quality control procedures (essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible, motivated and quality-focused approach to work Please apply with a current cv.
