Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: £40,000 per annum + benefits
Shift Pattern: AM shifts 06:30 – 15:00 or 11:00 – 19:30, working up to 25 weekends per year
Overview: The school is seeking a dynamic and hands on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality catering services for students, staff, and visitors.
The role involves day-to-day kitchen leadership, high volume cooking from fresh ingredients, feeding up to 1200 pupils daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Exec Chef & Head Chef in managing the kitchen and catering team.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
