Interaction Recruitment Northampton are currently seeking a temporary to permanent or permanent Breakfast Chef to work at a hotel in Buckingham. The hotel requires a qualified and/or experienced Breakfast Chef to work full time or part time on a temporary, temp to perm or permanent contract.
Rota: 5:7 days per week, you can opt for a 40 hour per week contract or part time hours. Starting at 06:00 and finishing anywhere between 10:00 and 14:00, when working until 14:00, you will be required to support the lunch team.
There are usually c.35 covers to cook for on the breakfast shift but this is in the form of a buffet (not plated)
Guests are welcome to breakfast between 06:45 and 09:15 during the week and between 08:00 and 10:00 at weekends.
Lunch consists of an afternoon tea menu and gastro pub style lunch menu. This is offered to guests between 11:30 and 15:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00-16:00 on Sundays. Lunch covers are typically 20-30 covers daily.
