Salary: £37,000-£45,000 (Average OTE £50,000-£60,000)

Location: Midlands, UK Wide Travel

Hours: Monday–Friday 40 hours per week | Day Shift with Flexible Start & Finish Times (Weekend work + Callout available at enhanced)

Overtime: Available Monday to Friday, Saturday 1.25x Saturday, 2x on Sunday. DOOR TO DOOR PAID Extra £5 per hour for unsociable hours (21.00-02.00)

The Duties

  • Operate a Class 2 Waste LGV and tanker to complete pre-planned maintenance works.
  • Maintain the tanker and associated equipment to the highest standards.
  • Carry out LGV and tanker operations and waste management duties.
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures, following safe working practices for tanker operations.
  • Work alongside an assistant, ensuring accurate communication and reporting back to the office.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum one year of experience in the drainage industry.
  • Holds a Class 2 HGV licence as a minimum requirement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Open to flexible working hours, sometimes as early as 2am and the occasional overnight stays.
