We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join a busy and friendly fencing and pallets company based in Penshurst.
The Role
- This is a varied office-based role supporting the day-to-day administration and accounts function.
- Duties include:
- Sending quotes, invoices and emails
- Using Xero accounting software for invoicing and basic accounts administration
- Speaking with clients who call in with orders (message-taking only – no quoting required over the phone)
- General administrative support
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
Requirements
- Previous experience using Xero is essential
- Confident using Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous admin and/or accounts experience in a similar role
