We are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for our client based in West Sussex, supporting a major seasonal project running from immediate start through to approximately October. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for steady, long-term seasonal work with consistent weekly hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle
  • Work pattern: 7 days one week, 6 days the next (fortnightly rotation)
  • Standard approximate working hours: 7am – 5pm
  • No hands-on work—this role is driving only
  • Working alongside an operator and labourer
  • Supporting ongoing site operations throughout the season

Medical, Drug & Alcohol Testing:

You will undergo a medical, drug test, and alcohol test before starting. You must be able to pass all three. If you fail, you will not be paid for the day. Medical to be completed BEFORE 9th March.

Induction:

There is a mandatory induction day one week before your official start date. All induction processes must be completed before 4th March.

Commitment Requirement:

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who can commit to the full season (March – October) will be considered. Medicals and inductions are costly, and the company will request these costs back from you should you leave without a suitable reason.

Pay Rates:

£20 per hour – Weekdays
£25 per hour – Weekends

Requirements:

  • Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
  • CPC Digital Tacho Card
  • CSCS card – preferred but not essential
  • Training can be arranged for drivers committing to the full season
