As a Project Manager with us, you\’ll haveexperienceleading contract administration & project management activities, with an ability to do so on behalf of Interaction to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, always aspiring to client delight, with on time and snag free delivery. You shouldbe capable of successfully managing circa £3m-£4m in project value per financial year through a numberof projects varying in size, value and complexity.
You’ll be responsible for leadingproject strategy, planning, commercial proposition, and programme activities, plus managing both the internal and external stakeholder, and subcontractorcommunication management. You\’ll have an excellent grasp of construction project finance management, with a proven ability to deliver smaller and less complex projects with little support.
Project Managers at Interaction have good understanding and awareness of industry regulations, including HRB fire & building control regulations,H&S responsibilities, and an understanding ofJCT based D&B contracts.

- Confidence in front of clients and ability to act individually on aspects of delivery
- Strong client/ supplier focus
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintainrelationships with internal team, external stakeholders and subcontractors
- Excellent mathematical & spreadsheet skills with afocus on cost control and accuracy
- Can do attitude, passionate and enthusiastic
- Willingness to work with and mentor new starters within our business
