About Interaction
Interaction is a workplace design and build company creating beautiful, sustainable workspaces across the UK. Since 1992 we’ve helped organisations create offices where people really want to work. We design and deliver CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit‑outs, sustainable retrofits and tenant‑ready workspaces for ambitious organisations and commercial property owners. Our mission is simple: everybody deserves a space where they can thrive. But what really makes Interaction different is our culture. We’re a close‑knit, collaborative team who care deeply about the work we deliver and the people we work with. As we continue to grow, maintaining that culture is incredibly important to us.
Purpose of the role
This role is as much about people and culture as it is about marketing. We’re looking for an energetic, organised and people‑focused Marketing & Culture Executive to join our team. This role sits within the marketing team but touches every part of the business. You’ll help deliver marketing campaigns and events that strengthen Interaction’s reputation in the commercial property sector while also playing a key role in keeping our internal culture vibrant and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social and events
- Managing and growing Interaction’s presence on social media
- Supporting paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn advertising
- Working with our SEO agency to improve our website visibility and search performance
- Working with our PR agency to secure media coverage and industry opportunities
- Maintaining website content and uploading new material through WordPress
Events
Events are an important part of how we build relationships in the commercial property sector. You will:
- Plan and deliver industry events, roundtables and networking opportunities
- Support partner and client events across the UK
- Coordinate logistics, promotion and post‑event follow‑up
- Help create events that bring together clients, partners and the wider industry
- Act as a key face of Interaction at industry events, ensuring every guest experiences our "low‑drama, high‑performance" culture.
Content and case studies
Our project work is one of our biggest marketing assets. You will:
- Coordinate the creation of case studies for completed projects
- Organise project photography and liaise with clients and internal teams
- Support thought leadership content including articles, blogs and social posts
- Maintain up‑to‑date marketing collateral including presentations, templates and project material
- Manage strategic award entries (Property Week, Mix, Dezeen, etc)
Internal culture and communications
Interaction’s culture is a huge part of what makes the business special. This role plays a key part in maintaining and energising that culture as we grow. You will:
- Embody and drive Interaction's core values throughout the business to foster cultural transformation.
- Plan and organise key company events including the AGM, company meetings and regular socials
- Spearhead internal communications, ensuring the team is aligned and energized via monthly newsletters and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Help maintain a vibrant and welcoming office environment
- Manage internal communication including monthly knowledge sharing campaigns
- Support charity initiatives, internal campaigns and team events
- Work with colleagues across the business to help make Interaction a brilliant place to work
Reporting and insight
Understanding how our marketing performs is important. You will:
- Track marketing performance and support KPI reporting
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and CRM data to monitor campaign performance
- Support research and insight activity to help improve our marketing
