Role and Responsibilities
- Lead contract administration and project management activities for smaller works projects, typically completed while in occupation (such as building additional meeting rooms or increasing workspace desk capacity).
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, always aiming for client delight with on-time and snag-free delivery.
- Manage projects varying in size, value and complexity, with understanding of MEP systems, project financials and on-site H&S regulations.
- Work with the Client Care team to support project strategy, planning, commercial proposition, and programme activities, and manage internal and external stakeholder and subcontractor communication.
- Demonstrate an excellent grasp of construction project finance management and deliver smaller, less complex projects with limited support.
Contract Type and Progress
This is a temporary, fixed-term contract to support the Client Care team during team member absence. It will be reviewed and may develop into a permanent position in either the Client Care team or the Contracts & Deliver Team. The initial term within the Client Care team is 9 months, full-time. Strong applicants may be offered a permanent contract.
