Our client is a well-established family-run company with a growing order book and an excellent reputation within the industry. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Paint Prepper / Shot Blaster to join their hardworking and friendly team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing metal components and fabricated products for painting and finishing. Duties will include shot blasting, surface preparation, masking, cleaning, and ensuring all work meets quality standards.

- Preparing metal surfaces for painting and coating
