Location: Deeside, Flintshire

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: Monday to Friday day shifts, with overtime opportunities available

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Job Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent position

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client's team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder/fabricator with a strong background in structural steel and sheet metal fabrication. The successful candidate will be confident working in a workshop environment, with the ability to complete site-based installations and assemblies when required. Own transport is essential, as travel to client sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricating and welding sheet metal, including light and medium gauge materials
  • Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Completing site installations and assembly work when required
  • Following all company health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
  • Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Own transport required due to potential site travel
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
