Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking an Experienced Powder Coater to join our client's growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with previous powder coating experience to work within a fast-paced production environment.

  • Preparing metal components for powder coating, including cleaning and masking.
  • Applying powder coatings to a high standard using manual spray equipment.
  • Ensuring products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
  • Monitoring coating thickness and finish quality.
  • Previous experience in powder coating or industrial paint spraying.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
