Lead a busy client portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and oversee a small team within a fast-paced practice environment. You'll manage day-to-day client needs, review accounts and tax work, support junior staff, and keep workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Full ownership of a client portfolio
- Daily client communication and service delivery
- Attending new client meetings and preparing quotes
- Supervising and developing junior team members
- Allocating workloads and booking in new jobs
- Ensuring VAT returns and accounts are filed on time
- Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Monitoring internal SLAs
- AAT / ACCA / ACA (part-qualified or qualified)
- Minimum 3 years' practice experience
- Strong tax knowledge
- Confident communicator and client-facing professional
- Organised, accurate, and able to work independently
- Supportive team leader with mentoring experience
- Solid Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
