Job Description

Picker & Packer – Food Production Location: Near Royston (Own transport required)Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Contract: Temporary Position (May Become Permanent)We are currently recruiting Pickers & Packers to join a busy crisp manufacturing facility near Royston.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our friendly production team.

Key Responsibilities Picking and packing finished products.

Preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Checking products for quality and accuracy.

Labelling and packaging products to company standards.

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.

Keeping the work area clean and organised.

Following all food safety and health & safety procedures.

Supporting the production team as required.

About You Previous experience in food production, packing or warehouse work is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Good attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Due to our location, you must have your own transport and a full UK driving licence.
