Injection Mould Toolmaker – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm (41.5 hrs/week)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to join our modern, well-equipped toolroom. This full-time position involves manufacturing, modifying, and repairing precision injection mould tools using both manual and CNC machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and modify injection mould tools
- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and grinders
- Use CNC spark and wire erosion equipment
- Assemble and fit complex mould tools
- Install and troubleshoot hot runner systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in injection mould toolmaking
- Skilled in high-precision machining, milling, grinding, and fitting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
