Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Analysis— Extract relevant information, quantities, and measurements from tender documentation.
  • Logikal Software Use— Assist in producing accurate estimates using Logikal; previous experience is highly desirable.
  • CAD Interpretation— Read and interpret CAD drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and specifications are captured.
  • Project Specification Review— Understand and apply project specifications to ensure estimates align with technical requirements.
  • Cost Estimation— Support the preparation of quotations, cost breakdowns, and material take-offs.
  • Collaboration— Work closely with senior estimators, project managers, and the design team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
