About the Role
Our client, a specialist glazing company based in Stevenage, is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Junior Estimator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Tender Analysis— Extract relevant information, quantities, and measurements from tender documentation.
- Logikal Software Use— Assist in producing accurate estimates using Logikal; previous experience is highly desirable.
- CAD Interpretation— Read and interpret CAD drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and specifications are captured.
- Project Specification Review— Understand and apply project specifications to ensure estimates align with technical requirements.
- Cost Estimation— Support the preparation of quotations, cost breakdowns, and material take-offs.
- Collaboration— Work closely with senior estimators, project managers, and the design team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Documentation— Maintain organised records of estimates, revisions, and supporting documents.
Essential Skills & Experience
