This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing engineering business, working on a variety of bespoke fabrication projects within a professional workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble steel components from engineering drawings.
Read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
Measure, mark out, cut and prepare materials.
Carry out MIG welding and general fabrication duties.
Use workshop machinery, tools and equipment safely.
Check completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment. going out to site Requirements Previous experience working as a Fabricator / Welder.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Experience within a fabrication, engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong MIG welding and metal fabrication skills.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable and hardworking approach.
Full UK driving licence is essential due to the location.
