Pay: From £12.80 per hour About the Role Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Hitchin, is looking to recruit a Trainee Electroplater to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production or manufacturing experience who is looking to learn a skilled trade.

Full training will be provided.

This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with the electroplating process following full training.

Preparing components for plating.

Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.

Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Keeping the work area clean and organised.

Supporting the wider production team with general duties when required.

The Ideal Candidate Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential.
