A well-established, independent property agency is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its Letchworth office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident managing the full residential sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Engage professionally with clients and prospective buyers
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals
- List new properties for sale
- Prepare marketing materials for new instructions
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Generate, negotiate, and manage offers
- Maintain and update applicant and instruction databases
- Progress sales from offer through to completion
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Promote the full range of available property services
- Manage general office administration
- Proven experience in residential sales or a strong track record in a similar sales-driven role
- Solid understanding of the property sales process
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team
- Confident using IT systems and managing administrative tasks
