HGV Class 1 Driver – OckendonLocation: OckendonPay: Up to £28.42 per hourShift Pattern: 5 over 7 daysExperience Required: Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 experienceWe are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our client's operation in Ockendon .This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for regular work, competitive pay and a structured rota.
The RoleWorking on a 5 over 7-day rotaWeekend work will be required as part of the rota, although you may have some full weekends offOn some weekends, you may only be required to work one dayDelivering to approximately 2–3 stores per shiftAll deliveries are palletised store workStraightforward store deliveries with a focus on safe and efficient drivingFull training/induction provided on siteDay Rates5 over 7 Days: £20.04 per hour5 over 7 Saturday: £23.37 per hour5 over 7 Sunday: £25.59 per hourOvertime: £26.05 per hourNight Rates5 over 7 Nights (Sunday–Thursday): £23.37 per hour5 over 7 Friday Night: £25.59 per hourOvertime: £26.05 per hourUnsociable Hours Rate: Up to £28.42 per hourOvertime/unsociable-hours eligibility and the £28.42 rate are subject to confirmation.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year's HGV Class 1 driving experienceValid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licenceValid CPC and Digital TachographGood knowledge of UK roadsReliable and professional approach to workExcellent timekeeping and communication skillsWhy Apply?
