Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with clients and prospective buyers
- Arrange and conduct market appraisals
- List new properties for sale
- Prepare marketing materials for new instructions
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Generate, negotiate, and manage offers
- Maintain and update applicant and instruction databases
- Progress sales from offer through to completion
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Promote the full range of available property services
- Manage general office administration
