We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established engineering client based in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term, stable work with excellent overtime and shift flexibility.
Hours: 50–55 hours available per week
Shifts: Day or Night shifts available
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £22.00 per hour DOE
Benefits:
- Overtime paid at T+1/2

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Cutting, bending, forming, and finishing metal parts
- Operating a range of workshop machinery and tools
- Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable and flexible to meet production demands
