The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you\’ll own the full recruitment cycle while building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success directly rewards you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development : Proactively identify and win new client business

Client Management : Maintain and grow existing accounts

Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media & networking to attract talent

Screening & Interviews : Assess suitability and manage the interview process

Offer & Onboarding Management : Handle negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Compliance : Ensure all placements meet legal and company compliance standards

What We\’re Looking For

Proven recruitment experience (agency or in‑house), ideally in a 360 role

Strong business development skills

Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability

A resilient, motivated individual with a results‑driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
