Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Royston.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive or commercial vehicle parts experience who enjoys providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Pick, pack, and issue parts for the workshop and external customers.
Handle returns, warranty claims, and supplier queries.
Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location of the site.
