Job description – We are looking for a flexible,
driven and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile team. The
successful individual will need to be able to work as part of a team, whilst
also, on their own supporting several key clients with their IT support
solutions. The role is a mobile role, and so own vehicle is essential to travel
throughout our region, which spans from Worcester down the M5 covering off
Gloucester, Southwest of the UK and South Wales. The candidate must be willing
and capable of successfully going through Government and individual customer
clearances which is essential to the role. You would need to be open upon
request to be part of an on-call rota if required. Hardware Break fix
competency and experience would be preferable, but training will be provided.
An in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft product suite is essential including Win
7/10 & 11 along with Office365. Good customer facing skills and
communication is crucial
