Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex US tax advisory assignments including cross-border structuring, US expansion, treaty claims, and support for US entrepreneurs relocating to the UK.
- Oversee preparation and review of US business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120-F, 1120-S, 1065) and related non-US entity forms (5471, 8858, 8865).
- Manage IRS enquiries and correspondence, including technically challenging cases.
- Conduct high-level technical research and analysis.
