We are currently recruiting for an experienced Large Format Print Production Operative to join a well-established and growing production client based in Letchworth. This is a permanent role offering excellent working hours and the opportunity to work within a busy and fast-paced print production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating large format print machinery to produce high-quality printed materials
- Setting up, running, and maintaining print equipment
- Ensuring all work is produced to required quality standards and deadlines
- Finishing, trimming, and preparing printed products for dispatch
- Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in large format print production or a similar print manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of print processes and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
