We are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Tool Maker to join a well-established manufacturing client based in Stevenage. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to work within a skilled engineering team producing high-quality injection mould tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and fit precision injection mould tools
- Carry out tool repairs, modifications, and maintenance
- Work from engineering drawings and CAD data
- Use a range of toolroom machinery including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment
- Ensure all work is completed to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Support continuous improvement within the toolroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Injection Tool Maker or Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of injection mould tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with precision machining equipment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
