Interaction Recruitment are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join a long-standing and expanding manufacturing company based in Hitchin. This position offers competitive pay, stable hours, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment within a supportive and established team.
Pay Rates
- £13.93 per hour – standard hours Monday–Friday
- £18.53 per hour – overtime Monday - Friday
- £20.90 per hour – all Saturday hours
Standard Hours
- 07:30 – 16:30 Monday–Thursday
- 07:30 – 12:30 Friday
Additional weekly overtime available on Monday - Friday and Saturdays.
Key Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance, Reach, or Flexi Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity
