We are a growing, premium damage response business based in Watford servicing clients across London, the Home Counties, and the Southeast. We are looking for highly competent, experienced individuals to join our Leak Detection and Water Damage team whose main priority is to deliver the high service levels we have a reputation for, to the properties and individuals we service.

As a specialist High Net Worth Leak Detection & Water Damage Technician, you will attend properties that have been affected by water damage and be required to provide an assessment of the cause of damage, identify other factors, and potentially set a programme of works to put the property back into a condition where another contractor will reinstate.

Our work is within the high-net-worth insurance sector, meaning we are instructed by insurance companies and are expected to work within certain guidelines and follow specific criteria. We are expected to provide a service that responds to a disaster in an individual's property by managing that situation efficiently and effectively.

What we will do:

  • Arrive on scene promptly and manage expectations.
  • Perform any mitigating works that avoid secondary damage; our vehicles are loaded, and our technicians trained and prepared.
  • Survey the peril accurately to understand the decisions that need to be made to ensure the initial response forms part of a longer-term effective plan.
  • Potential to remove and assess all damaged contents.
  • Apply antimicrobial treatments to treat mould and hygiene problems.
  • Design a programme of drying works that delivers an effective solution for all parties involved.
  • Install emergency drying equipment to prevent secondary damage.
