Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the despatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline the despatch process.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all despatch activities.
- Train and mentor new team members.
