CNC Machinist – Bristol
Location: Bristol | Salary: £30K – £36K DOE

I'm currently working with a well-established precision engineering company based in Bristol, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced CNC Machinist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, close-tolerance components and is looking to join a growing business with a strong order book and a collaborative team environment.
The Role:
- Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
- Working to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
- Carrying out quality checks using standard inspection equipment
- Basic editing/programming (experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Mazak desirable)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CNC machining experience (setting, operating – programming a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Flexibility to work as part of a small team
- Apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification desirable
What’s On Offer:
- £30 - £36 depending on skills and experience
- Overtime available at 1.5x kicking in after 40 hours
- Day shifts (early finish on Fridays!)
