Class 1 Drivers
Location: Erith
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £21.25 / £24.47ph

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to work with a large, well-established logistics company based in Erith.
Both day and night shifts are available, although this advert is primarily focused on night trunking work.
Shift Details
Night Shifts – Trunking (Depot to Depot)
- Start time: 17:30
- Finish time: 03:30 (approx.)
- Monday to Friday
- Simple, clean trunking work with no handball
- Pay rate: £24.47 per hour
Day Shifts – Store Deliveries
- Store deliveries with pre-loaded, strapped loads
- No handball required
- Professional interaction with store staff
- Pay rate: £21.25ph
Role Overview
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring company procedures and road safety regulations are followed at all times. You will be representing a major logistics brand, so a professional attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle
- Complete trunking or store delivery routes as scheduled
- Ensure loads are checked and correctly secured using straps
- Accurately complete all relevant paperwork
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Maintain professional conduct at depots and delivery locations
Requirements
- Full UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum of 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- Experience with load strapping
