The Project Administrator is the entry role tothe Project Management Academy & Pathway here at Interaction, where you'll join our Academy Team, within our trainingpathway, to becoming either a Pre-Contracts or Contracts Manager within our New Business or Delivery teams.
You will experience all areas of the business through our training pathway, from the early stages right through to client care.
You'll join the estimating team toproduce and prepare detailed cost plans alongside the Pre-Contract Team, as well asbecoming part of the New Business teams, supporting our Project Directors with their client and account work, with exposure to developing a project from the very beginning alongside our clients.
You'llalso support the Contracts Team with project administration, withshadowing opportunities alongsideour Delivery Team on site witnessing projects as they are brought to life.
Once you are confident and competent in all areas, with arobust understanding of the wider business picture, you'll become a Projects Assistant, workingwith our Contract Managers to aid withnegotiation and procurement.
Following this stage of your training, we'll work with you to agree which of the Pre-Contracts or Contracts careerpathways is most suited to align withyour aspirations, skills & style.

A degree or equivalent in a construction, mathsor science based subject.
- Salary Band:£26k-£30k subject to experience

- Initial 15 minute introduction call to determine alignment with Interaction values
- 60 minute in person financial/numbersbased excel spreadsheetassessment
- 45 minute in person interview (if successful following excel assessment)
