Basic Salary: £35,000.00 Per Annum OTE £70,000.00 Per Annum

Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Sales Manager top join their Retail based showroom on a Full Time Permanent basis where career prospects and growth are second to none as a Sales Manager
Sales Manager role:
- Your role will be to manage and guide customers through all stages of the car sales process.
- You will administer the finance process as a sales Manager ensuring the customer understands the process
- As a sales Manager, you will work closely with a team of Sales Executives to ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they
- As a sales Manager, your role may involve stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display and advertising
- You have a natural ability in providing a world class experience in the car sales process as a sales Manager
- You will deal a range of customers from all different backgrounds and ethnic origins as a sales Manager
- You will motivate your team to drive sales as well as nurture, coach and develop your team in ensuring high standards of customer service is met as a sales Manager
- Fantastic back-office support team in viewings being proactively generated and appointments made for potential buyers increasing your personal revenue and earning potential as a Sales Manager
Sales Manager requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, Retail Sales Manager is ESSENTIAL
- Highly confident, dynamic, personable, and driven
- Ability to mentor and coach as a sales Manager
- Fun bubbly character in order to fit in to the culture of the business!
