Senior Administrator role:

  • Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
  • Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery.
  • Full responsibility of business mailbox.
  • Administration duties on a day to day basis.
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email.
  • Maintain company records at all times.
  • Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Utilising reports to deal with suppliers.
