Our client is a highly reputable company with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and are experiencing organic growth. Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Estimator on a Full Time Permanent basis to contribute in a busy fast-paced working environment.
Estimator role:
- Work on various tasks and duties as an Estimator.
- Process sales quotations and follow through by providing world-class customer service.
- Liaise with internal and external departments for the purpose of producing quotations.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, identifying potential risks regarding projects and coordinating pricing accordingly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide pricing accordingly.
- Support the external sales team by providing pricing quotations to customers.
- Prioritise workload and multitask to ensure effective time management.
- Act as a great team contributor with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist colleagues within the Sales Support team.
- Keep in touch with customers on a regular basis regarding order updates/status.
- Provide great professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Estimator requirements:
- Previous experience as an Estimator is ESSENTIAL for the role.
- Ability to deal with high volume and busy workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Have a flexible approach with willingness to be involved with various administration duties when necessary.
- Fantastic communication skills with an elevated level of confidence.
- Exceptional diligence with great time management and ability to prioritise.
