Our client is the world's leading manufacturer established for over 50 years. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking a highly dynamic Maintenance Supervisor on a Full Time Permanent basis who is highly proficient in brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils.
As a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Quoting of work to be carried out
- Assisting sales team with accurate quoting/site visits as required
- Identifying material requirements
- Brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils
- Identifying machining / fabricating requirements
- Identifying tooling requirements
- Ordering non-standard parts and materials
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and other necessary stakeholders
- Budget control during progress of all jobs
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Ensuring safe working practices
- General administrative duties
Candidate:
You will have previous Supervisory or Team Leader or Workshop Manager experience within brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils. Ability to communicate at all levels including customers and suppliers internationally. Good written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must have a good level of mechanical and/or engineering background and is highly proficient in brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils.
