Logistics Co-ordinator required in Coalville to join a small logistics department. The hours of work will be 5 hours per day, 8-8.30am start to 1-1.30pm finish - Monday to Friday. Pay rate approx £13.00 per hour.
Candidates will have:
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office - including Excel and Word
- Proficiency in using databases, email and ERP based systems
- Numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels within a Global organisation
- Ability to show initiative
The job involves:
- Booking goods in
- Preparing delivery information paperwork
- Booking goods out
- Booking couriers/Commercial invoices/Tracking shipments
- Updating delivery dates on the CRM database
- Taking perpetual inventory on a weekly basis
