Internal Account Manager - Fluent French written and spoken - Office based - Coalville area - Full Time - Permanent role - Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone, working specifically with the French sales team and clients. Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service. Dedicated point of contact for customer communications. Responsible for daily management of customer accounts on various portals. Provide administrative support for the Sales Managers. Monitoring stock levels and client forecasts. Manage the complete customer order process, from enquiry to order, manufacture through to delivery. Effectively communicate with both customers and suppliers.
