Due to huge growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Contracts Administrator on a Full Time Permanent basis to contribute in a busy fast-paced working environment.
Contracts Administrator role:
- Work on various tasks and duties as a Contracts Administrator.
- Process sales quotations and follow through by providing a world-class customer service.
- Liaise with internal and external departments for the purpose of producing quotations.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail with the ability to identify potential risks regarding projects and coordinating pricing accordingly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide pricing accordingly.
- Support external sales team by providing pricing quotations to customers.
- Prioritise workload and multitask to ensure effective time management.
- Act as a great team contributor with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist colleagues within the Sales Support team.
- Keep in touch with customers on a regular basis regarding order updates/status.
- Provide great professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Contracts Administrator requirements:
- Previous Pricing and Sales Administration experience is ESSENTIAL for the role.
- Ability to deal with high volume and busy workload within a fast-paced environment.
